There is a 30-minute grace window for late arrivals. Unfortunately, anyone arriving after 30 minutes won’t be able to join, in order to maintain the flow of class and respect everyone’s time.

As soon as you know you will be late, please let me know as soon as possible by calling me at (913) 351-0039.

Finished pieces take about 4 weeks to be ready for pickup, as they go through drying, bisque firing, glazing, and a final firing.

You'll receive an email and text as soon as your pottery is ready to be picked up!

Local delivery available for the KCMO/JOCO area for a flat fee of $10.

After you receive an email and text about your pottery being ready for pick up, you will be sent a Calendy link to schedule a time for pick up so I can be ready for you. You may also email or text me directly to figure out a time that works best for both of us.

As the studio is a part of a private art studio community, this is the safest and most convenient way for us to communicate and plan for you to pick up.

Your pieces will be kept at the studio for up to 3 months. After that they will be discarded.

We understand life happens!

To make up a class it will be an additional $25 fee to schedule a time for you to come in to the studio to make up the portion of class that you missed.

Yes of course! After your pieces are ready, please email us so we can gather shipping details.

Please keep in mind, shipping may take anywhere between 1-3 weeks after pieces are finished.
